Opportunity-to-Result Pilot
Start a Focused Review
Tell us what you would like to improve. NJM will determine whether a focused engagement could create enough value to justify proceeding.
- What does the engagement do?
- Prioritizes realistic opportunities, implements one approved improvement, and measures the result wherever reasonably possible.
- What does it cost?
- Narrow introductory engagements for smaller businesses generally begin around $500–$750. This is a starting range, not a fee cap. Ongoing and larger engagements are scoped and priced according to the work, complexity, and potential client value.
- What happens before work begins?
- NJM reviews your inquiry, confirms fit, and provides a clear written scope and fee. You decide whether to proceed; no paid work begins without approval.
- What do you provide?
- Brief, ordinary business context only—not records, financial statements, or private data.

Initial inquiry
What result would make a meaningful difference?
Share brief, non-confidential context about the business and the result you would like to improve.
Keep this initial inquiry non-confidential.
Do not include financial statements, detailed financial figures, customer or employee information, credentials, payment details, or private documents. NJM will arrange an appropriate method later if limited business records are genuinely needed.
